As we are in the mild of 2020, the lock down effect can be seen on the world. So stress at this time is something which most of us going through. It tends to show the economic crisis in the world has begin, as the economy is slowing down. Many people have been removed from their organisation because of the less demand in the market and companies are left with no other option to start cost cutting.
In this lock down the most affected people are daily worker who has less wages and run their house on their daily income as they are left with no money and no work.
Many people had dreams and also made resolution at the start of the year but non of us knew all our dreams will be lost. This time of the year is very stressful. We have seen in this pandemic many people committed suicide and many of you are going through mental stress.
Stress is a feeling when someone looses something or lose hope in their life and finds it hard to recover from that. Factor can be internal or external.
Some of you might have faced internal stress and some of you external stress. Those who lost their loved one’s in this pandemic comes in internal stress as they have lost someone close or their family member. External stress is something which comes from outside like getting fired from your organization(which is a outcome of pandemic and world economic crisis).
Symptoms of Stress
1. Fear : Fear can be the main reason during the lock down, as there are no vaccine available in the market.
2. Sleep Pattern : Finding it hard to sleep or sleeping for less hours may put you under stress.
3. Anxiety : Having panic attack can be another reason to stress.
4. Aggression : Most of us go through emotional change during stressful time, so getting aggressive during this time is stressful.
5. Less Interest: When we are in lost state of mind, at that time you loose interest in things more often.
How To Deal With it
Dealing with the stress and living with the stress is two different things. What mostly people do is they live with it and keep things inside them. But that’s not the right approach to live life happily. Instead of living with stress, you should talk to someone about it whom you trust or with your family because family and friends understands you the most.
So how to begin?
If the person you are talking with is from your family then you should sit with them and start your conversation with how you feelings these days and what killing you from inside. If you feels talking to your family member is not the right thing then try calling your friend. Tell them to meet somewhere out maybe coffee shop and explain everything what you been going through.
Always remember friends and family always support us, so without any hesitation just confess everything which you kept inside your heart.
