  • Forgiveness : People need to adapt a habit of forgiving in their life because if you have a courage to forgive someone that will bring peace and happiness in your life.
  • Acceptance : Acceptance is the main key into the healthy lifestyle as it can give you clear image of how you are and what you want in life.
