It is one of the factor which has lot of value, when you are evaluating job satisfaction. Studies shows people with higher position are more satisfied as compared to lower position employees.
2. Salary
If you doesn’t have a good position and even the salary is not that much, which you would have asked for. Then the employee will always be unsatisfied in the same organisation.
3. Work
People are more happy when they find something new to work on. If you are also the same employee who is working same things day and day out then there might be chances you might end up soon in your current organisation.
4. Desk Job / Market Job
Some people are made for desk job where they sit and do their work duties but some people are meant to be outside and make deals with the market. So decide, which one you are and then choose your company.
5. Value / Leadership
If you have the leadership qualities and you are making good suggestions but the higher position is not considering your suggestions then this might make a conflict with your job satisfaction.
How To Be Happy At Work?
Well try to ask questions to yourself. What really you want from your work life. Do you want just a job or you want a happy job. Because jobs can be sometimes stressful, so always look for the job which makes you happy and grow you as an individual.
If money is your priority then chase it. If position is your priority then go for it. Always do what you like because in this way you will be more productive and this will also benefit the organisation.
